Place Your Rework Order: Add this service to your cart and complete the checkout process.
Mail Your Collar Back to Us: Once your order is placed, ship the collar back to us using the instructions provided in your confirmation email. Please include a note with the adjustments you'd like (e.g., make it larger, smaller, etc.).
We’ll Rework It: Our team will adjust your collar to the correct size based on your request. All modifications will be made with the same attention to detail as your original order.
Receive Your Perfectly Fitted Collar: Once your collar is adjusted, we’ll ship it back to you, and your pup will be ready to strut their stuff in style!
