SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 3 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you ordered a custom collar, please be on the lookout for your design proof confirmation email (will be sent before item ships). Once your item ships you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Most of our items are shipped via USPS - First-Class & Priority.

RETURN POLICY
​​Return Policy for Customized Dog Collars
Thank you for choosing our customized dog collars. Please review our return policy below:

Custom Orders: Once the design for a customized collar is approved, it is considered final. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized items.

Damages within 6 Months: If your collar becomes damaged within 6 months of receipt, we will gladly offer to redo the design at no additional cost. Please note that shipping costs for the return and reshipment of the collar will not be covered.

Damages After 6 Months: For damages reported after 6 months, a custom rework fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of remaking the collar but does not include shipping charges.
